1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While most packages arrive within 7-10 business days, occasionally, custom clearances or transit delays out of our control may extend delivery times slightly.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your order in real-time.
You can track your package directly on our website through our "Track Your Order" page or via global tracking platforms like 17track.net. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Multiple Packages
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If one item arrives before the others, do not worry – the rest of your order is on its way!
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ShopOmniVibe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For most major destinations (US, UK, EU), packages are pre-cleared, and hidden fees are extremely rare.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately at info@shopomnivibe.com. We will open an investigation with the courier and arrange a free replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
